Babita Khatri, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience across primary care, urgent care, and women’s health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she also completed her undergraduate nursing degree, and has spent her career building a practice throughout North Texas — first in registered nursing roles, and then as a Family Nurse Practitioner across a range of clinical settings.

Over the years, Babita has cared for patients across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, diagnosing and managing everything from routine, everyday concerns to more complex chronic conditions. Her work has spanned physical exams, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning, always with an eye toward what actually fits a patient’s life rather than a generic protocol. She has particular experience in women’s health, preventive care, and chronic disease management, and has spent considerable time helping patients work through the practical, day-to-day pieces of their health — nutrition, medication routines, lifestyle adjustments — that tend to matter more than any single office visit.

What sets Babita apart, according to the patients and colleagues who have worked with her, is how much time she takes to actually listen. She doesn’t rush to a plan before understanding the full picture, and she makes a point of explaining her thinking clearly, so patients leave understanding not just what they should do, but why it matters. She sees a good visit as a conversation between two people working toward the same goal, not a checklist to move through.

Babita is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Nurse, board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and certified in Basic Life Support. Her approach — attentive, patient, and grounded in genuine curiosity about each person in front of her — is the same whether she’s addressing a longstanding health concern or meeting a new patient for the first time.
